At Rush Legacy X, we deliver digital products instantly after your payment is confirmed. This page explains how to access your downloads, file formats, security measures, and troubleshooting steps.

Instant Delivery After Payment

Once your payment is successfully processed through Stripe, you will receive immediate access to your digital products through two methods:

  • Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing secure download links will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout within 2-5 minutes.
  • Account Dashboard: If you created an account, all your digital purchases are accessible anytime from your Account Dashboard.

Secure Download Link Access

Your download links are unique and secure to protect your purchase and prevent unauthorized access.

Link Expiration

Download links remain active for 48 hours from the time of purchase. After expiration, you can request a new link from your account dashboard.

Download Limit

Each download link allows up to 5 downloads. This ensures you can access your files on multiple devices while maintaining security.

Rush Legacy X digital products are delivered in high-quality, universally compatible formats:

PDF (Portable Document Format)

Used for eBooks, guides, and printable posters. Compatible with Adobe Reader, web browsers, and mobile devices.

Recommended for: eBooks, Workbooks, Printable Posters

PNG (High-Resolution Images)

Used for digital posters and wallpapers. Print-ready quality (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds where applicable.

Recommended for: Digital Posters, Wallpapers, Graphics

EPUB (Electronic Publication)

Used for eBooks optimized for e-readers and mobile reading apps. Reflowable text adapts to screen size.

Recommended for: eBooks on Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play Books

What to Do If Email Is Not Received

If you don't receive your download email within 10 minutes of purchase, follow these steps:

  1. 1Check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes automated emails are filtered incorrectly. Look for emails from support@rushlegacyx.com.
  2. 2Verify your email address. Double-check that you entered the correct email at checkout. Check your order confirmation for the email used.
  3. 3Log into your account. If you created an account, visit your Account Dashboard to access downloads directly.
  4. 4Contact support. If none of the above work, email us at support@rushlegacyx.com with your order number and we'll resend your download links within 24 hours.

Troubleshooting Download Issues

If you experience problems downloading or accessing your digital products, try these solutions:

Download link says "Expired"

Solution: Download links expire after 48 hours for security. To get a new link:

  1. Log into your Account Dashboard
  2. Find the product in your purchase history
  3. Click "Request New Download Link"
  4. A fresh link will be emailed to you within minutes
File won't open or appears corrupted

Possible causes:

  • Download was interrupted before completing
  • File was opened before download finished
  • Incompatible software or outdated reader app

Solutions:

  1. Delete the file and re-download from the link
  2. Ensure download completes 100% before opening
  3. Update your PDF reader or install Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
  4. Try downloading on a different device or browser
  5. If issue persists, contact support@rushlegacyx.com for a replacement file
Download button doesn't work

Solutions:

  1. Try a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  2. Disable browser extensions or ad blockers temporarily
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Right-click the download button and select "Save Link As"
  5. Check if your device has sufficient storage space
  6. Try downloading on a different device (phone, tablet, computer)
Reached download limit (5 downloads)

Solution: If you've used all 5 downloads and need additional access:

  1. Log into your Account Dashboard
  2. Request a new download link (this resets the counter)
  3. Or contact support@rushlegacyx.com with your order number for manual assistance

Note: We're happy to help legitimate customers access their purchases. The download limit exists to prevent unauthorized sharing.
