Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment:

  • eBooks: PDF and EPUB formats
  • Digital Posters: High-resolution printable files (PNG/PDF)
  • Templates: Editable PDF files
  • Digital Journals: Printable journal pages

How Digital Delivery Works

  1. Complete your purchase through our secure Stripe checkout
  2. Receive an order confirmation email immediately
  3. Click the download links in your email (valid for 48 hours)
  4. Download your files (up to 5 downloads per product)
  5. Access your downloads anytime from your account dashboard

Download Link Expiration

Download links expire after 48 hours for security. If your link expires, log in to your account to generate a new link or contact support@rushlegacyx.com.

Physical Products (Shipped)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including:

  • PO Boxes (Standard Shipping only)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders:

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and fees
  • Tracking: Available for all international shipments

International Customs

International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

  • Full name (first and last)
  • Street address (no PO Box for expedited/express)
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Phone number (for delivery contact)

Address Changes: Contact us immediately at support@rushlegacyx.com if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot modify addresses after orders have shipped.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  4. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  5. Contact us at support@rushlegacyx.com if still missing

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us at support@rushlegacyx.com within 48 hours
  3. Provide your order number and photos
  4. We will send a replacement or issue a refund

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance (international)
  • Incorrect address information

Returns and Exchanges
