At Rush Legacy X, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for returns and refunds for both digital and physical products. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Different refund policies apply to digital products and physical products. Please review the appropriate section below based on your purchase type.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Non-Refundable After Download

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, digital posters, downloadable guides), all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand this policy and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund once you have accessed or downloaded the digital file.

Exceptions for Defective Files

We will provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • The digital file is corrupted and cannot be opened
  • The product description was significantly misleading
  • You received the wrong product file
  • Technical issues prevented you from downloading the file within 48 hours of purchase

Physical Products Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for physical products (posters, journals, apparel, accessories). You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition — No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • In original packaging — All tags, labels, and protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase — Order confirmation email or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Rush Legacy X is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process your refund or replacement immediately.

Refund Processing Timeline

Step 1: Return Approval

Once we receive your return request, we will review it within 1-2 business days and send you return instructions if approved.

Step 2: Item Inspection

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process takes 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Refund Issued

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
